Price, location and 24 hour amenities are all amazing! Management is available, friendly and cares about its residents. I love being a 15 min walk from The Strip or Chinatown. Not to mention the BEST view during any fireworks show! I've lived here for two years this fall.

Been here since the property opened and I’ve seen office staff come and go over the years, but this current team is by far the best! Tiffany is always so helpful and nice and truly provides amazing customer service. The manager, Jose, is always friendly and there have been so many improvements since he’s been here. Maintenance comes right away now too! Just renewed my lease and I’m very happy living here!

Drew was fantastic during his time here, and Tiffany is consistently friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, most issues ultimately route to the property manager, Jose Garcia, and that's where things break down.

In my experience, Jose is unresponsive when residents need help, only engages once a problem has escalated, and seems more focused on collecting payments than actually resolving tenant concerns. The resident community app appears to be moderated in a way that makes it difficult to raise concerns about management itself.

It's worth noting that a lot of the recent positive reviews cluster around the same time period and praise Drew specifically — there's very little said about the current property manager, which I think speaks for itself.

I’ve lived at Elysian at the Palms for over two years, and it’s been a great experience overall. The management and office staff are genuinely friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The amenities are excellent and very well maintained, which really makes the community stand out.

They also host regular community events, which is a great touch and really helps bring residents together. The people who live here are friendly and respectful, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Maintenance is responsive and does a great job whenever something comes up. The entire team clearly takes pride in the property, and it shows. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well run and enjoyable place to live.
