Andrea and the team at Ely at the Ballpark are truly special. They made my move in easy peasy. A helpful checklist was made to make sure I didnt forget anything. The property itself is beautiful and relaxing. Thanks for everything

I’ve been living here for 2 months, and I can honestly say I couldn’t be happier with my decision to call this place home. From the moment I moved in, the experience has been top-notch.
The absolute standout feature of this community is the staff. Whether it’s the management team in the front office or the maintenance crew, everyone is incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They go out of their way to make sure residents are taken care of, and any request I’ve ever had was handled quickly and with a smile. It’s rare to find a team that consistently provides this level of service!
Beyond the service, the atmosphere here is great. The grounds are well-maintained, it feels safe and welcoming, and the overall vibe makes it a very relaxing place to come home to after a long day. If you’re looking for a spot in Houston where you’ll actually feel valued as a resident, I highly recommend checking this place out.
I’m so glad I chose to live here!

My husband and I recently toured this property and had a really great experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The manager, I believe her name is Tessa, had such a warm and positive energy — she made the environment feel inviting and comfortable right away.

Jose gave us our tour, and he did a fantastic job. He was professional, knowledgeable, fun, and engaging throughout the entire walkthrough. He took his time answering our questions and made sure we felt informed without ever feeling pressured. We truly appreciated how personable and respectful he was — it didn’t feel like just a sales tour, it felt like a genuine experience.

Overall, the team created a very welcoming atmosphere, and that really stood out to us. We really hope to be a resident here and is praying everything goes right. Thank you both for such a pleasant visit!
