The audiologists and staff are always polite and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and quite willing to answer any questions in an easy to understand manner. I've been a patient at Bay Area Audiology for over 5 years and have always been very pleased with their professional care and advice.

100% recommend! The staff was friendly and I was taken back on time. The doctor was very attentive and answered all of my questions. She explained the test results slowly and efficiently. It’s hard to find good doctors these days, and Bay Area is a good one to consider!

We had an appointment this morning that we had been waiting several months for. We both took hours off work for this visit, but we were unable to see the doctor because we were told she had her own medical appointment and needed to reschedule patients. I understand emergencies and scheduling issues can happen, and that is okay.

However, the office stated they had called and emailed us about the cancellation, but we never received any notification. We later found out the office had incorrect contact information on our chart. What is confusing is that another doctor’s office was able to contact me successfully to reschedule, so I do not understand how this office suddenly had the wrong information.

I also asked the front desk staff to check the expiration date of my insurance authorization, and the young lady told me she did not know and asked whether I had brought the authorization myself. That was surprising because this appointment was originally scheduled by the office based on the insurance authorization approval.

Overall, this has been one of the most unresponsive medical offices I have experienced.

Bay Area Audiology was a professional pleasant experience. I was checked in and in the exam chair within a few minutes of the time I arrived. The doctor was thorough, efficient, and personable. I recommend them to anyone needing a hearing check. They also did my wife's hearing aids and my wife is very comfortable with them. As would be said in days of old... hear, hear.

I have been a member of Bay Area Audiology for almost a year. My experience has been exceptional! The office staff was very welcoming and accommodating to my time schedule. The Audologist was professional and extremely knowledgeable. My hearing aids have performed just as I expected with no problems. I was extremely impressed and pleased by all aspects of my first visit. The office staff was very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Trisha Muth was the consummate professional. She took the time to explain the purpose of the various assessments administered and provided thorough information about the interpretation of the results. The various hearing aid options were clearly presented and she answered my questions fully. Her personable and pleasant manner put me at ease so I felt comfortable in her presence. I am confident that the level of care I receive will be outstanding.
