This ice cream shop was absolutely fantastic! Every flavor we tried was fresh, creamy, and incredibly delicious. The best part was that the staff happily offered free samples, so we could taste different ice creams and chocolates before making a decision. It made the whole experience fun and stress-free. The variety of flavors was impressive, from classic favorites to unique creations, and everything tasted premium. The service was warm, welcoming, and patient, even though we asked to try several options. The shop was clean, inviting, and had a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend stopping by if you love quality desserts. Five stars without a doubt!

Beautiful store design, decent variety of mini chocolate. Rude staff, I think little pricey. My strawberry milkshake cup was sticky and I have to use 5-7 napkins to clean it before get it cleaned. Unfortunately unprofessional 😏

Venchi gelato truly feels premium. I tried the Mont Blanc flavor and it was so good, rich, nutty, and beautifully balanced, clearly high quality gelato. They also generously offer two to three free tastings, which made it easy to explore more flavors. I sampled the tiramisu, cappuccino, and pistachio, all excellent, with the pistachio standing out for its depth and authenticity. If you visit, do not skip these unique flavors, they are absolutely worth trying

Just visited this evening got the traditional crepe and specifically mentioned I don’t eat chocolate so paid the extra for the pistachio cream. Got back to my hotel and there was chocolate all over it making it inedible for me. It was also hard to choose a gelato flavor as they were not enticing. Overall disappointing.

Went in for a hot chocolate. Tried the Raspberry Chocoviar Hot Chocolate. It was de-lish. The chocolate was rich, the whipped cream was a little heavy (not super light where it melts right away), and the raspberry drizzle was sweet. Make sure to mix the bottom halfway through the drink (they provide spoons). Overall was happy with the hot chocolate. Customer service was great! The folks working the counter were warm, welcoming, and friendly. The place is small with limited seating, and there are no public restrooms. ☕️🍨
