I happened to be in this jewelry store and wanted to ask if they could reset the stone in my engagement ring. The jeweler took it, asked me to wait a minute, and came back with the ring already repaired. He even refused to charge me for the repair since it was minor. Truly honest and attentive service. I will definitely go back.

Truly incredible service! I have three good examples: 1) My chain was broken and it was repaired in less than 3 hours, compared to the 2 weeks it takes at other stores—that's unbelievable. 2) For payment, he reduced the price from $28 to $25 cash, no added tax. Talk about great service! The guy is incredibly generous and hardworking. Don't give up and come to this jewelry store!
