Forgot about my table for over 30 minutes!!! When the situation was addressed, the manager (ROB NEUTS) rectified the problem with a rude, arrogant, and pompous attitude. Being a business owner and dealing with clients on a daily basis, I can tell you the management at this establishment is elementary at best.
Milestone/Cara being a part of your target demographic, I highly suggest you look into your management at Milestones Queensway.
