I was really stressed because my freezer handle broke and every shop told me it can’t be fixed. This place was the only one that didn’t dismiss me, and actually tried to help. They were SO kind, patient, and explained everything gently without making me feel stupid or rushed.

Even though the part is discontinued, they still put in effort and used all their resources to look for a solution. That kind of customer service is rare. So grateful for them. Highly recommended!
