Our family has always loved coming to Montana's but the last few times i have been not happy. I thought maybe it was just the restaurant but i tried the one on Upper James st, and this one in Ancaster. What Happened?
Our server was not very friendly, my husbands fish was BURNT.
What happened to the menu? We used to get veggies with our ribs and potatoes. My daughter got chicken fingers but had to pay extra for this tiny salad instead of fries.
I dont think we will be returning to any Montana's in the near future. This was my favorite restaurnt but not anymore.

My wife, step-son and I went to Montanas after a movie. It was 9:30 so they closed in 30 minutes. Not sure why that should matter. My fish was horribly brown and almost black in certain areas with a generous amount of grease added. My step-sons burger was loaded with burnt bacon as well. My wifes burger was overdone and dry. Almost like we got returned orders that were reheated. See title.

We won't be back.

We have been to this Montana's before without incident, however this time was brutal. My hamburger was burnt and the ceasar salad was nothing but a huge lettuce stalk that had not been removed from the actual leaves. My wifes pasta dish was cold and they forgot to add the chicken. We spoke to the manager who was no help ( all he offered us was a free dessert). Wrote to the company weeks ago via email and no reply. It's too bad, we use to love it there and now my friends and I refuse to eat there again. Other then that our server was good.
