I had a great experience thanks to Kasey. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Kasey took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I understood everything, and went out of her way to provide excellent customer service. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Products are great too!!

5 star experience tonight! I always leave with a smile on my face and exactly what I came for when coming to insa. Tonight I was greeted at the door by Kat, she was so so so lovely absolutely amazing to work with. Answered every question with knowledge and offered great suggestions.
Leaving tonight feeling like a VIP customer.
Thanks Kat!

Justin and the crew are always amazing. Super polite, helpful and knowledgeable about product. Been smoking for 20+ years and Insa has the best flower for the $ in Jax. You won’t be let down coming here.

The Flower Bar was my favorite part of this dispensary. Loved seeing & smelling all the different strains. Their chocolates are delicious. Definitely worth the drive from St Augustine.

🔥🌿
Insa is straight-up the vibe. From the second you walk in, the place smells like good decisions and good times. The staff is Chill but on point & they actually know their strains and hook you up with exactly what you’re lookin’ for.
The flower💨 is Smooth. Potent.
The pre-rolls hit just right, the gummies taste like happiness, and the vibe in there makes you wanna hang out and talk terpenes all day.
If you’re in Jacksonville and not stopping by Insa, you’re seriously missing out. 10/10. 🚀💚
