I called the office at appx 9am on a Sunday and Tom showed up at 12:35. He knew exactly what to do and where to look. Sadly I need a new refrigerator but the customer service and professionalism was exceptional. Would definitely recommend him to anyone else in need of appliance repair or service.

I wanted to write them a good review but, sadly, given the recent developments of my dryer repair, I cannot. I called them out for an issue with my dryer not heating and was told that the main control board was fried and needed to be replaced. When I asked the root cause, I was told it could be a number of things such as a power surge, etc. We replaced the main control board and the issue was not resolved. When they came back to see what the issue was, the main control board that was installed just days prior was fried again, and they mentioned a bunch of other parts that needed replacement and recommended that I replace the unit instead. This was an obvious sign that the main control board being fried was NOT the root cause and simply a symptom of the initial issue, which I thought, given the obviousness of this, would entitle me to at least a partial refund. The owner Avi insisted that there was no misdiagnosis and said he's not giving me any money back. I'm out over $400 and still have a broken dryer LOL Not sure how this man's lack of ethics don't keep him up at night.

I've attached screenshots of my conversation with the owner. Bare in mind, the master control board I bought has LIFETIME warranty. You'll notice he says I still would've been responsible to pay for the replacements of all additional (now burnt) parts even if I would've bought the replacement main control board with him. There's no accountability for the misdiagnosis, as evidenced in the texts below.

Our ice maker was broken. United Appliance Repair was able to schedule an appointment the same day I called, and fixed the ice maker on the spot. They even followed up 2 days later to confirm it was working. Plus, they charged half the amount the appliance company had quoted us.

Had a great experience with United Appliance Repair. They came out to adjust a dishwasher installation, and Amir handled everything flawlessly. He arrived on time, was personable and knowledgeable, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless. Really appreciated the professionalism and quality of service. Highly recommend!
