I rarely do reviews on anything. But I felt like I needed to let people who might be in the needs know about
this agency.

My mother was hospitalized and I did not know what to do next. I was in panic and felt like losing my mind.
Fortunately through the social worker, I connected with Rina. Thankfully, that was one of the best moves I made
in my life. Rina was beyond being patient and spent a lot of time with me both on the phone and helping me check out assisted living facilities. She also explained what options I might have.

Things were slowly getting together with Rina and Jorge Zelaya's help through this difficult time. Rina didn't make me feel like just another client; she treated me like I was part of her own family.

Care America was a true godsend during a very difficult time for our loved one who was facing serious health challenges, and from the very beginning, we were met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.

Leni was our first contact at Care America. She was absolutely incredible, she listened closely to our specific needs and thoughtfully matched us with the perfect caregiver, (Marcie). Marcie took our family member to her doctor’s appointments, helped around the house, made meals, and treated her with tenderness and respect. Marcie was nothing short of amazing. Her presence brought such peace and comfort during an incredibly hard season. It was as if she was taking care of her own mother or sister.

Kay was also wonderful scheduling and keeping everyone abreast with calendaring and availability, she was compassionate and attentive and always made herself available through a family group text and was there when we needed to connect with the team.

Kristen, who handled the billing side of things, was patient, understanding, and always helpful in guiding us through the payment process and keeping up on our toes.

The entire team at Care America went above and beyond, and we will forever be grateful for their role in making sure our loved one was supported, safe, and cared for with dignity.
