While the experience itself was obviously awful, Alex and Laura were amazing throughout the entire process.

This was the first time I went through this from an organizer perspective and they were always extremely thoughtful, helpful, and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend for any services as they truly emphasize quality and care in their approach to an already delicate subject.

I’ve attended many services over the years for friends and extended family, but this was the first time I had to make arrangements for one of my own parents. My father had a prepaid agreement with Baskerville Funeral Home, and I cannot express how grateful I am that he did. It made an incredibly difficult time so much easier, knowing that everything had already been thoughtfully arranged. Although my dad was living in Florida at the time of his passing and Baskerville is located in Illinois, every detail was handled seamlessly. When I reached out after his passing, Alex guided me through the process with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. Everything was handled promptly, and I never once felt overwhelmed.

A few months later, we held his interment ceremony, and again, the experience was exceptional. Laura, Mary, and Jill were there to support us that day, and their kindness and compassion truly stood out. They treated us like family, every interaction felt personal, sincere, and respectful. They paid close attention to every detail and ensured the service honored my dad exactly as he would have wanted. During such an emotional time, their sensitivity, organization, and warmth made all the difference. I am deeply grateful to the entire Baskerville team for their outstanding care and support. They exceeded every expectation and provided comfort when it mattered most.

Baskerville Funeral Home is one of the best funeral homes I've ever worked with. Matt is one of the most caring and empathetic person I've ever met. The funeral home is very warm and welcoming with a staff that is above the best. When it comes to taking care of your loved ones or yourself Matt and his staff will take are of everything you need. The staff is knowledgeable on everything funeral related. I cant recommend Baskerville enough. You want the red carpet treatment they'll give it to you the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. The atmosphere is amazing, the music is relaxing and inviting, the whole place is amazing! You have questions they'll be answered right away. You have a family with Baskerville!
