Very happy with the results. Our team was polite, professional and efficient. Arrived on time. Carpets and area rugs look great. I especially appreciate that the deodorizer did not leave a heavy scent. It just smells (and looks) clean! Highly recommend Floor Pro.

Shamond did a great job cleaning my living room area rug and sofa and it’s cost less than buying a new area rug! I have a very light cream colored rug, and a 2.5 year old toddler who loves popsicles, and the rug looks as good as it did the day I bought it. He also noticed that the dryer vent was in pretty bad shape and cleaned that out real good and fixed a bad kink in the vent tube. Now I can go into summer knowing me and my family will be better protected from house fires. Thank you Shamond!

I had three bedrooms with carpet treated and cleaned by Floor Pro to see if the black dust rings surrounding the edges of each room carpet would come out. The crew of three men came over and it’s my new home still empty, with furniture being moved in by end of April. The carpet was pretreated, steam cleaned and deodorized. It improved the carpet lines by 70% and overall I was pleased. They did have to come back and do the whole process again behind the doors of each bedroom, because they simply forgot to clean the carpet there in each bedroom. They returned today and thankfully the stained carpet was cleaned and acceptable to me. The technicians were polite, kind and friendly. I think it’s a well run company and would use them again.

Left an ice cooler on a hardwood floor….. yep, you guessed it. Our entire downstairs is hardwood. Floor Pro not only fixed it, but matched it spot on. They pulled out and replaced the affected boards, stained it to match the rest of the house, replaced and stained the shoe molding and applied three coats of appropriate sheen. It looks stunning. Service was excellent. There really is no way of rushing a refurbishment of hardwood floors. We were without a kitchen for about a week, but the results speak for themselves. They do floors right. The crew was great, and Trent, the supervisor was in daily contact with us. We received a daily report via email regarding what had been accomplished for the day, what, if any problems they encountered, and what we could expect for the following work day. We’ve never had a contractor do that for us. Our entire kitchen was sealed off to prevent dust and fumes from entering the rest of the house. Great job, guys!
