I suffer from extreme anxiety, and calling an insurance company to get a quote is usually overwhelming for me. But speaking with Roberto Marrero completely changed that experience. From the very beginning, Roberto was incredibly kind, empathetic, patient, and understanding.

Everything was going wrong on my end because of my anxiety, and instead of rushing me, he calmly coached me through it, reassured me, and truly took his time. He made me feel safe, respected, and understood — which is something you don’t often find in customer service anymore.

This company is hands down the best insurance company I’ve ever dealt with, and Roberto is a huge reason why. He’s not just great at his job — he’s a genuinely good human being. I’m beyond grateful for him and this experience.

My one star is solely directed to the agent Eilee Silva. If I could put none I would. The most unprofessional and rude insurance agent I have ever had to deal with.
I have never ever missed a payment never had a claim , yet every time I need to renew my insurance it becomes a game of cat and mouse.
I have to call her an infinite number of times. Never ever a call back. Before even considering this post I tried to resolve privately. Asked her several times if I myself had done something to warrant this treatment.
I’m not the type of customer that needs constant care, however if I’m trying to reach my insurance agent for over 2 weeks to make sure my insurance is up to date I certainly expect a call back.
Her lack of communication professionalism and unethical conduct with customer’s needs is absolutely disgusting.
Go to another SEBANDA . It’s not SEBANDA it’s EILEE SILVA.
You may be in luck if you deal with paulina . She’s absolutely professional.
