Absolutely love this place. JIMI is amazing, and I’m not sure the other gentleman‘s name because I didn’t catch it but he has dreads. They are both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store.

FAVORITE DISPENSARY HANDS DOWN! I have been a medical marijuana patient for several years now and have visited numerous dispensaries across Florida and by far Insa (Orlando Lee Rd) is my go to if I want not only top tier products but top tier service.
Jimi is a brilliant mastermind who you can tell truly cares about his grows and his customers! He is able to explain each product in a way that is very easy to understand. He always gives me tips and insight on how to utilize the products in a more efficient way. He makes amazing suggestions after carefully listening to me. Courtney is also super helpful and friendly! I smile when I see her at the counter because I know she always takes the time to go over all the options with me and we talk about how my last order felt and what we could improve on. They take such good care of their customers and they even track my points for me and recommend ways I can add and stack discounts to save as much as I can. You must give them a try!

Love that I found Insa today! Their selection is amazing and Jen was a great, super knowledgeable. The store front is beautifully set up so I was able to see a lot of the products before I committed. Thank you Jen and Joni for all of your help. See you again soon!
