I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years. Dr Grajczyk was my provider but when she departed from the clinic, I transitioned to Dr Zhang. I couldn’t be happier. Dr Zhang has never made me feel rushed during my appointments. She truly takes the time to listen to my concerns, making me feel heard and seen. I trust her completely, and I couldn’t ask for a better OBGYN!

My review reflects not only my personal experience, but also feedback and comments I have heard from many others. First and foremost, the medical staff deserves immense credit. The doctors and nurses were exceptional and provided excellent care — truly a 10/10 experience. Their compassion, professionalism, and quality of care should be recognized.
Unfortunately, the customer service and administrative experience significantly fell short and made an already stressful situation far more difficult than it needed to be. While the medical team was outstanding, there appeared to be substantial communication gaps between departments, inconsistent information provided over the phone, and a lack of clear processes or follow-through. This led to repeated miscommunication and unnecessary frustration.
It is apparent there are opportunities to strengthen interdepartmental communication, standardize procedures, and improve overall operational efficiency. Without meaningful improvements in these areas, the patient experience will continue to suffer and will likely continue to be reflected in patient feedback and reviews. A strong clinical team can only go so far when operational and customer service challenges create additional barriers for patients.

Scheduling department is garbage. The ultrasound techs at maple grove are amazing. I’ve had to come here for outside monitoring since last August 2025 so I’m pretty familiar with the procedures at this point. I’ve never had to deal with the “lead” scheduler till recently but in the past I’ve always been able to get in for my appointments even if I had to wait and be fit in. But evidently now they just never have appts available and she won’t let me be worked in there either I guess? I was told in the past that we can always be worked in as outside monitoring but that was a lie I guess. Was trying to get in for my last appt that I’ll need with the girls who have been doing them for the last 8 months but I guess it’ll just be skipped at this point.

I had a post operation appointment at Almara OGI and had a very positive experience. The front desk staff were accommodating and kind. Dr. Hasseler takes the time to really listen and hold space for any concerns or questions I may have. I knew I was in good hands with Dr. Hasseler and her surgical team. Thank you!!

I want to share my recent experience with this office. I was contacted by the office manager regarding their policy that patients who reschedule three times may be dismissed from the practice. During this call, I was informed that this policy is not currently communicated to patients and that there are no plans to proactively share it. That was surprising and concerning to hear.
To provide context, during my pregnancy when I was very sick I never missed an appointment and consistently arrived 10 minutes early. I was frequently seen 30–45 minutes after my scheduled time, but I remained patient and understanding, recognizing that delays can happen in medical settings and never complained.
More recently, I had to reschedule my annual exam three times over the course of a few months due to circumstances outside of my control: a family emergency, personal illness, and then my child becoming sick. I never no-showed and never canceled the day of an appointment. Despite this, I received a call questioning my reasons for rescheduling, and the tone of the conversation felt unnecessarily rude and accusatory.
I do want to emphasize that Dr. Brown has been wonderful, and all of the nurses I’ve interacted with have been kind and compassionate. My concern is solely with how this policy was communicated and the manner in which the situation was handled.
I believe clear communication and mutual respect are essential in a healthcare setting, and I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the patient experience going forward
