Muskaan is simply amazing. Her team went over and beyond to accommodate tight schedule and delivered on what was committed. Highly recommended especially for move in/move out cleaning.

I scheduled a deep clean for my house for Mother’s Day weekend as we have two young kids and I haven’t had the time to keep up with cleaning. My experience with the administrator over the phone to schedule the cleaning gave me a good impression, and I even received a list of services included. However, the cleaning itself was disappointing and with only 40% of this list complete to an acceptable level. Two cleaners were present and while one was on time and did an acceptable clean, the gentleman who was in charge of the upstairs showed up late, is clearly untrained, and left tasks incomplete. Both bathrooms were untouched and filthy including the tubs and sinks. My husband is currently cleaning them because I was looking forward to a bath for Mother’s Day. An open bottle of bleach was left in my kids’ bathroom who are less than 4 years old. My husband found our wedding souvenir broken. The window in my baby’s room was left open and I found dust bunnies in his crib. He suffers from severe allergies and therefore this is completely unacceptable. This has been a disappointing experience and I wish I had cleaned the house myself instead. While the company has promptly given me a discount on this service (I did not take their offer for a free second clean), I would like to be transparent about my experience as I was mislead by this perfect 5 star review. I have no respect for a company who, after a poor job, does not offer a full refund and insists for me to remove this review to uphold their reputation.

I have been using Genie – The Cleaner for several months now, and their service has been consistently outstanding. They are highly professional and their attention to detail is exceptional. I have never had to point out anything that was missed—everything is always done thoroughly and to a very high standard. It is rare to find a cleaning service this reliable and consistent. I highly recommend them.
