I reside in Brunello. The construction quality from this builder is substandard and unacceptable. Numerous issues have arisen since the project's commencement, ranging from master bedroom ceiling repairs to electrical, installed cracked bath tub which was fix by putting epoxy they should have replaced and now plumbing problems.
Their advertised "LUX warranty," covering ten years, is demonstrably ineffective. For projects exceeding $800,000, prospective clients should strongly consider alternative builders.
