I asked for an quote for service on my Class A motorhome 15 days ago and received it just the other day from Kelsey service advisor. I phone twice and emailed about some questions and no return call or email. POOR POOR initial service! Very slow to respond to customers needs. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The service and the personal in charge of taking care of the customer are excellent people with a great attitude. This maintenance shop is definitely the new place to go and have service and repairs done.

I had an outstanding experience with this team during a recent engine swap on my truck.

What started as a check engine light related to a timing chain turned into a full engine replacement with a three-year warranty, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. From the beginning, their professionalism, communication, and transparency stood out.

Every step of the process was clearly explained — including the costs, timeline, and work involved — and there were no surprises along the way. The team kept me informed throughout the entire job, from the mechanics doing the work to the administrative staff coordinating everything behind the scenes.

What really impressed me was how included they made me feel in the process. They sent videos and photos by email showing the work being completed, which added a level of trust and confidence that you rarely see in automotive service.

Not only did they complete the engine swap, but they also took care of many small maintenance items along the way, and the end result is that my truck honestly feels brand new again.

If you’re looking for a shop that delivers quality work, honest communication, and true professionalism, I would highly recommend them. A great team to work with from start to finish.
