returned my call within a hour. very polite and professional . He gave me prices over the phone and asked for a picture. He was able to identify the problem, give me a quote and make the appointment for the next day within that same phone call. I got 4 bids and he tied with one other for best price. No hard sell. No funny business. Just a hardworking business with strong ethics . They were on time and did the job in 1 1/2 hours.

They are great. Second time I have had them out. First to change gears on an old opener, and second to finally change the opener out with all new hardware. They were so quick and nice. They are to the point get it donecare are gone. I was very pleased both times and they came out 3 years after the first time with the same service. They are the only place i will deal with from now on.

The owner John was very friendly and his company has the best communication of anyone I have ever worked with. I had wooden garage doors that were still in good condition and explained to John my main reason for wanting to replace them was due to them being heavy to lift and I have back issues. John told me that I did not need to replace them that he could adjust the springs so that they would lift easily. It is rare to find a company that is willing to sell you less than what you had them come out to give you an estimate for. I decided to replace the doors and he was able to get me on his schedule in just a couple of days. His installers were very professional and the finished product looks amazing. I would definitely use him again if needed and would recommend him to anyone.

Absolute pros! From the initial on-site quote to the installation, everyone involved was wonderful. First had John out to take measurements and give an estimate, once I approved he got me scheduled right away. Ernesto and Jeremy were our installers and I could not be happier with the results. Great communication through the entire process, without question, five stars all the way!

During the process of assisting my clients sell their home, an issue with their overhead garage door was discovered that the buyers wanted corrected before closing. We searched for a reliable garage door company and found Independent Garage Doors. Their prices were great and workmanship was spot on. Special thanks to our installers, Jason and Ernesto who kept me in the loop every step of the way and also shared before and after photos. Excellent work, highly recommended!
