We had UL Roofing replace our roof in 2021 after an atmospheric river revealed many leaks. The install was fast, the crew was pleasant, and the work held up exactly as promised: five years, zero leaks, zero issues.

When I reached out recently about a check-in inspection, Peter flagged something I hadn’t thought to ask: our solar panels (added 2022, post-install, by a different company) had penetrated the membrane, and he wanted to get eyes on it in case it had become a problem. He offered to come look even though follow-up visits aren’t part of his standard service.

We recommend without hesitation.

Absolutely the best roofers in San Francisco. Honest, dependable, high quality work, and competitive pricing. It's hard to find contractors who stand by their word and work these days. They gave us a fair price, completed the work on schedule without issues, kept our home and neighbors clean, and made sure we were informed about everything. The most communicative contractor we have ever worked with. We will for sure use their services again in the future. Strongly recommend Peter and his team.

We had a very positive experience working with this roofing contractor. Their pricing was reasonable and clearly outlined from the beginning, with no surprises along the way. The team worked efficiently and completed the project ahead of schedule.

Communication throughout the process was consistent and professional. From the initial consultation to project completion, everything was well-coordinated and handled with care. It was clear that they take pride in both their customer experience and their craftsmanship.

The finished roof looks fantastic, and the quality of work is evident. We’re extremely pleased with the overall experience and would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.

We had an exceptional experience with UL Roofing and couldn’t be happier with the results.

From the beginning, Peter (the owner) was knowledgeable, friendly, and highly professional. He took the time to answer our questions thoroughly and provided a fair, transparent quote with no pressure or surprises.

What truly set UL Roofing apart was their integrity and responsiveness. Before our scheduled service date, we experienced a roof leak. We contacted Peter, and he came out within 24 hours to patch the leak — and did not charge us anything extra. That level of care and going above and beyond is rare and speaks volumes about the kind of company they run.

The crew completed the full roofing job in just 3 days — one day ahead of the original 4-day estimate — without compromising quality. The workmanship is excellent, and the final result exceeded our expectations. Since the roof work has been completed we’ve been through a week of heavy storms/rain and withstood with no issues.

If you’re looking for a roofing contractor who is honest, efficient, skilled, and genuinely cares about their customers, I highly recommend UL Roofing. We would absolutely use them again.

Peter and his team at URL Roofing are truly exceptional.
Peter has come by my home multiple times completely free just to check for leaks and make sure everything was safe. That level of honesty, patience, and genuine care is incredibly rare.

When it came time to replace the back part of my roof, I didn’t hesitate to hire him because I trusted his work and his integrity. He and his team did an amazing job. The new roof looks great, and the quality of the work shows in every detail. They were efficient, respectful, and made sure everything was done the right way.

Peter also went above and beyond by sealing exposed gutter nails and checking areas that could cause future leaks. He has consistently taken the time to explain everything clearly without ever trying to upsell unnecessary work.

If you’re looking for a roofing company that is honest, reliable, and truly cares about its customers, URL Roofing especially Peter and his team is the best choice. I highly recommend them.
