They claim to use he highest quality but they don’t. They claim there’s warranty but then refuse to honor it. They don’t ever resold until it’s too late. Purchasing a vessel from them has cost me thousands in repairs and fixes on top of the purchase price in the first year alone. They need to sell the business to someone who actually knows what they’re doing, won’t take shortcuts, and will stand up and be honorable to fix their shortcomings. Awful experience. I feel lied to, cheats and scammed.

I purchased a 23' BeachCat 3 yrs ago in 2019 for a special purpose as my son is in a wheelchair ♿️. I did my research, drove across Florida to meet the owners and see thier manufacturering. The BeachCat is Perfect for our use, Stable, runs the intercoastal chop well, and is the only true Saltwater boat (forget aluminum).

My new 2021 23' Beachcat Sport I just got about 2 months ago is my second Beachcat, I purchased a used 20' 2016 back in 2018 Loved that boat so much I decided to buy a new and a bit bigger this time and let me tell you, this boat is truly a fishing dreamboat! I have had it in as little as 12 inches or so water on the flats, in 3' to 4' rough choppy water at Skyway fishing in the channels and out into the Gulf fishing for Red Snapper's and Grouper on the reefs and I've always been comfortable with the way the boat handles the wind and waves. In my opinion, this is the best bag for the buck boat on the water so if your thinking about buying a Beachcat, STOP THINKING, buy it and get fishing.

I would highly recommend purchasing a Beachcat fiberglass pontoon boat which is able to withstand the tough salt water environment. I was fortunate to find a used Beachcat 20' in Florida and purchased it from a private owner. I have had several questions about the boat and have called the owners Sarah and Joe several times. They have been extremely responsive, supportive and helpful to me as I become familiar with my boat. As an example, recently I needed advice on how to install a Minn Kota trolling motor on the bow of the boat. I called for help at Beachcat and immediately received a call back from Joe, one of the owners. He explained exactly how and where to install the trolling motor with many years of experience and sent pictures to help my technician understand as well. Thank you Joe and Sarah for being so helpful and I wish your company continued future success. It's hard to find used Beachcat boats because people simply keep them due to their high quality and comfort. If interested in buying a new boat from Beachcat, get your order in soon because this company, with a long and very successful history, continues to offer the best salt water pontoon boat on the market today in my opinion.

Not very good at answering phones or emails or returning messages left. Boats have lots of room for improvement. Super thin fiberglass lay up. Difficult to repair if needed because of that. Very wet ride. Nice layout but not good for any kind of water other then flat calm.
