Rosedale plumbing helped us with a toilet installation after we finished renovating one of our bathrooms on the main floow. the technician removed the old setup carefully and installed the new one without any issues. He checked that everything was secure, tested the flush, and looked around the base for leaks. The bathroom was left clean when the job was finished.

We needed a new shower installed during a bathroom renovation, and the work turned out great. Mike took his time making sure everything was connected properly and tested the water before finishing. He also answered a few questions we had about the new setup. The finished shower looks really clean and works exactly how we wanted it to.

For weeks we kept noticing a damp smell but couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. David patiently checked different areas until he found a tiny leak hidden behind the laundry room wall. Catching it early probably saved us from a much bigger repair later. I really appreciated how thorough he was.

We noticed a damp spot appearing on the ceiling but had no idea where the water was coming from. A careful inspection found a hidden leak inside the wall that could have caused serious damage if it had gone unnoticed much longer. The entire process was explained clearly, which gave us confidence that the problem had truly been solved.

We decided to update our downstairs bathroom and needed a new toilet installed. Arjun was very respectful of our home and made sure everything was level, secure, and working properly before leaving. He noticed a small issue with the shutoff valve and fixed that too without making it into a big deal. Everything looks great.
