This attorney came across as disconnected from his clients and lacking empathy throughout my case, with communication that was consistently poor and little to no direct interaction. The overall impression I was left with was that personal image mattered more than client service, which made the experience frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. Based on what I personally experienced, the level of service did not align with the tone of many positive reviews, and I would not hire or recommend this attorney to anyone seeking attentive, client-focused representation.
