This review is long overdue. My case under the Adam Walsh Act was approved thanks to the guidance of Allan Lolly, and I am incredibly grateful for his experience and leadership throughout the process. But what truly set my experience apart was Paralegal Yareth.

Yareth’s professionalism in handling my case was beyond words. Many times my worried wife would email her with questions and concerns, and Yareth was always quick to call her back, reassure her, and walk her through everything with patience and care. She was kind but firm, always keeping things moving and getting the job done.

When I had difficulty tracking down court records, she got on the phone with me and personally helped call the courthouse. While I lived overseas, I met my wife and we eventually decided to permanently move back to the US. Allan Lolly & Associates successfully helped us gain permanent residency for my wife. The fees are VERY reasonable compared to other law firms providing similar services. They are also very professional and very good with communication. They make sure you know what is going on at all times, and they do a very good job at preparing you for every step of paperwork, government interaction, and of course the final interview. We did not have to resubmit paperwork at any step of the process, and we were able to gain a CR1 visa in about 10 months when the average was running 12 - 14 months. A big personal thanks to TAYLOR for helping us so much and making us feel confident during a time of such uncertainty!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

This law firm is still actively working my case to obtain my fiancee's visa. So far, my experience is far better than I could have imagined. The communication is amazing! I will often times email them with questions and get responses that day. If it is not that day it is always by the next day. They are very professional and upfront. Jennifer Garcia was the person I initially talked to and she answered so many questions and explained the process in detail. Very knowledgeable person to talk with about any immigration concerns.
