I selected this clinic based on its outstanding reviews and I was not disappointed. The experience overall was amazing. Liliana is exceptional. She is friendly and engaging, and she thoroughly cleaned my ears with no pain and no discomfort. I had no lingering sensitivity or water trapped in my ears, which I experienced in the past. I will be going on a regular basis.

I had an excellent experience with Toronto Hearing Clinic. Previously, I visited another clinic for earwax removal, but the procedure was not done properly and left my left ear blocked. I experienced difficulty hearing for several days afterward.
Seeking a better solution, I booked an appointment with Toronto Hearing Clinic, and I’m very glad I did. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the doctor made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She ensured that I felt safe, used proper equipment, and demonstrated a high level of skill and expertise. The wax removal was performed effectively and with minimal discomfort.

I was led here after a Google and ChatGPT search. A few options came up and I selected this one based on its reviews. Happily to discover that this company absolutely fully deserves its 5* rating! This is the 4th place I have been to in trying to find a solution to my hearing loss and tinnitus. It's the FIRST place that took the time to fully explain my test results to me in language I could understand - without talking down-to me or talking over me. And they didn't try to push a specific (obviously sponsored) brand on me like so many other places do. Each staff member was kind, helpful and patient. The environment is clean and comfortable. Clearly their knowledge and experience is top notch. They offer solutions from all the major hearing aid manufacturers and really work with you to find the best fit - rather than pushing a "one size fits all" solution. HIGHLY recommend!!!!
