Precision David Powers was working on a neighbor's garage door and I asked if he would assess my door and give an estimate for a new one. David was respectful and clearly explained what I can order and provided an estimate. It was the end of his shift and I was not an appointment, but he was informative and I highly rate their customer service.

Call and they are there at your earliest time. Professional, knowledgeable and nice guys. I had both sides updated and couldn't be happier. Thank you.

Jon Was outstanding
Our garage door was completely nonfunctional and we didn’t know what the issue was. He came, he diagnosed and he solved the problem. We needed a new motor for the garage door apparently and we now have a very functional garage door.
Making the appointment online was very convenient and they were very timely in arriving and very efficient in fixing the door. We would definitely use them again.
