We had a great experience working with Charleston Pools and Service! Like any large project, there were a few hiccups along the way getting all of the equipment working properly, but the team was always responsive, friendly, and committed to making sure we were happy with the end result.

Clinton did an amazing job helping us design our dream pool and spa, and Brandon was fantastic throughout the construction process with weekly updates and great communication from start to finish.

You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. We’re very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool!

After the first “cleaning”, it was obvious they didn’t vacuum it at all. The pool was absolutely filthy. The salt reader was low, and they did not address it at all. I had to vacuum my pool and add salt. Also, the report they sent after the “cleaning” stated my chemicals were perfect and the pool temp was 75 degrees. I have a pool heater that keeps the temp at 92. So obviously the report was wrong. I sent them pictures and asked them to send someone back out to properly clean it. They assured me they talked to the tech and would have him back out immediately.

He came back out and did the EXACT same thing. No vacuum. Sent a report with incorrect readings. So I emailed them pictures with time stamps of before and after I cleaned the pool. I asked for a refund this time and they did provide that.

I gave them another chance to provide me with a decent clean, but he came back out a THIRD TIME and didn’t vacuum. He didn’t even pull the cover back this time. My blink camera shows him dipping his net around the sides of the pool around the cover. He was there for around ten minutes.

I’ve had to clean my pool just as I had been doing before I hired them. Literally no change in my lifestyle at all. I hired them to lift the burden of me having to clean and balance my pool, but obviously had to cancel services with them. I will be going back to 843 Pool Service. They were excellent, I only left them because their price was slightly higher. You get what you pay for.

Katie and I had an outstanding experience with Grayson from Charleston Pools and Service. He did a thorough job cleaning our pool and making sure the traps were completely cleaned out. Everything was left in excellent condition, and you can tell he takes pride in his work.

Grayson was professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. Our pool has never looked better. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality pool service!

Charleston Pools Service is a good company to utilize for your new pool Installation. Ben is easy to work with and communicates with your appropriately. They did a good job following the contract and completing the project in a timely fashion.
