We had a great time. The house fit all 11 people. 7 adults and 4 children. It was very clean. We loved the big comfy couch. We were all able to sit and enjoy each other’s company. The kids really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the games. The kitchen had everything we needed in order to cook at home. The grill was also very clean and had propane. They also provided enough towels and beach towels to use. Host was very responsive. The house was in a great location close enough to the beach, restaurants, and markets. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here twice now and we absolutely adore this place! My parents have come both times and the house is perfect with the separate unit downstairs for them and the huge wide open floor plan upstairs for the kids and me. The beds and sofas are comfy, the wifi is fast, and there are smart TVs in all the bedrooms and living areas. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils for cooking and everything was sparkling clean. As nice as the house is, nothing beats the outdoors here. We had so much fun relaxing or playing in the pool overlooking the gorgeous and serene lake each day. The kids enjoyed fishing and I loved just watching the wildlife while sipping my morning coffee, sometimes poolside, sometimes on the dock, and often on the 2nd floor porch. I think we only went to the beach twice the whole week this time- we have more fun hanging out at the house on the lake!

We had such a lovely stay. Our experience with Mark was excellent. We arrived after dark and were greeted by a fully lit home and music. Not only welcoming but, felt safe. We were vacationing as a family of 12. We enjoyed the modern appliances in the kitchen and laundry. They were perfect for a large group. Of course, our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the pool! As well as, the other games provided. No one was bored at any point during our visit. The private suite was a delight. It allowed for us to sleep in a little. Our every need was covered. We would absolutely seek out Mark and stay at this property again!

We stayed in a rental in Indian Rocks Beach and it was the best rental experience I’ve had. The place was adorable and very clean. Emperor does a great job managing. We will definitely be back!

This vacation rental was absolutely wonderful. It was spotless, very comfortable, and the perfect fit for my sister-in-law and me. As two female travelers, feeling safe matters a lot, and we truly felt secure and at ease during our stay. The owner was very responsive, helpful, and communicative the entire time, which made the experience even better. We also really appreciated the complimentary coffee for the morning — such a thoughtful touch. The whole place felt welcoming, cozy, and well cared for. We would definitely stay here again.
