I love that this location has self-checkout counters. This made my visit much smoother. At the other location, even if the line is long, half the time there's only 1 register open and no self-checkout.

I love Sprouts but this store often feels unreliable due to frequent out-of-stock items and inconsistent restocking. Produce quality is hit or miss, and often I find spoiled or close-to-spoiled fruits and vegetables. While the staff seem like they’re trying, the overall experience leaves me hesitant to return. I really hope to see some improvements.

I have always been a huge fan of sprouts until today. I recently moved to Naples from Bonita springs first time I walked into the store. The shopping cart had two wheels that were missing rubber so when I went in with my daughter, the shopping cart started shaking and pulling in weird directions and it was making a lot of noise so I decided to roll the shopping cart up to the lady at the first register right when you walk in And let her know it was broken and they should remove it so no one gets hurt. She looks confused, so I repeated myself in Spanish then she started yelling at me telling me not to tell her what to do as someone who’s worked in Customer Service my entire life. I’m completely disgusted. I will never return back to that store. I hope that the manager keeps his word and tells the store manager Because she should not be working in a store with that type of attitude and to behave that way in front of my daughter when we were simply trying to help so no one gets injured was ridiculous. She then took the shopping cart and put it back with the other shopping carts- after I asked her not to.I then went and spoke to the manager.
we will not be going back to that location.
In no way were we being rude in no way did we deserve that and if you work in the Customer service field, you should be a lot more respectful to customers

Sprouts you need to do better. Much better. I was at this location a couple of days ago early morning and the first thing I encounter is an older gentleman behind the glass counter making at least 10 sandwiches handling all cold cuts with his bare hands, touching his face, his nose… I stopped and looked further back in the kitchen area and the same thing with another individual. Also, it is tiring to constantly visit this location to shop only to find so many empty shelves and only if you ask you find out that most often the product you are looking for is in the back. But not the rotisserie chicken… You are mostly out of luck as 6pm I was told they put out the last batch even though they close at 10pm. It is not a very busy location and there are so many people working there.. so maybe it is a manager issue… also a lot of the produce looks old and about to expire in a day or two… Managers? Owners? Are you looking?

Sprouts Farmers Market.
I’ve shopped I Naples, but so far, for fresh produce and some really nice varieties in meats, Sprouts Farmers Market is tough to beat. Not the biggest nor cheapest. Sometimes there are just a couple of cash registers open and the lines can get lengthy….

Excellent location. CLEAN store. Shelves are well organized and the product flow throughout the store is well thought out. Friendly employees that greet you!
Produce dept-wow. FRESH!

Hot food/meals (Deli) to go section has some really delicious choices. Just another area where Sprouts shines. By the way, the cooked Salmon is my favorite.

Wine section for its size, is well stocked with choices for the connoisseur.

Bulk foods is another section that shines. By far and bar none, the best bulk section in Naples.

Excellent location, plenty of parking and convenient to other established businesses that have interest.
