Regarding Joey Harmon, the man in charge of getting my Solar System installed and operating correctly. I would like to say he has done an awesome job diagnosing any difficulties that are normal with this process and has gone out of his way to make sure the job was done right and in a timely fashion. He even got my phone working the best it ever has. He and his team have done a great job all around. Infinity is a fantastic company!

The panels were installed within hours after arrival. I asked if the installation would cause roof leaking and they told me the brackets have a self adhering backing and shouldn't cause any leaks. Explaining how the beaches work. In all I am happy with how quickly installation was, and the clean up after the work was completed. The rest is just waiting for State inspection and PGE inspection to turn system on.

We are completely satisfied with the company and their service. The salesperson was respectful and knowledgeable. He answered each of questions completely, and we had many questions. The installation happened within a short time after we signed the contract. The installation crew was very professional. They arrived and the scheduled time, began working promptly, and worked the whole day due to the complexity of the design. They were respectful of our home and property, and kept us informed throughout the process. Highly recommend Infinity Solar.

Ran into a few snags with the installation when the installers realized that there was a better way to set up the panels that were more pleasing to look at. Also our ECU failed after about 6 months and it took numerous weeks for the replacement to arrive and be set up. All the people from sales to installation to support have been good to work with. Overall happy with the service.

Always had been interested in solar but never really looked into it. Their rep explained the whole process and how the expected future pricing of electricity is going to affect our family. It made sense to finally make the jump to solar. We did miss out on the federal solar incentives that expired but the cost benefits are still there (they even included tax preparation which was a great bonus) and we are excited about offsetting the cost of electricity as well as adding some green power to the grid.
Infinity Solar has been great! Great communication, great scheduling, it’s all been great. If I’d known the process was this easy we’d have done it ages ago.
