The servers are very friendly and helpful. We had a sushi lunch combo and a maki combo. The maki rolls are really small. The sushis are ok. This place gets really busy during lunch hour.

Went for dinner four of us, food quality no doubt was great but the waiter was rude, we had to ask the waiter few times for the foods we ordered that's missing he would common "why don't you guys finish these first, then we'll see about the others" At the end when we're paying for the meal, on the menu clearly stated when party of six or more the service charge will apply,but we got charge service charge for four people and clearly the waiter and waitress have no idea what they're doing and ask us to pay for the "tips" again. Food no doubt is great but poor customer service.

Food is excellent. Ambiance is great.
That's why every time I'd have special guests and want to try Japanese cuisine, this is the place. However, their approach to customer needs improvement.
Also, the time frame to stay should be a little longer cuz just to order alone takes time sometimes.

We had a dinner party of 7 adults, a baby and a 3 year old kid. We were requesting for one table and instead was crammed in two 4 seater accomodation. The food was acceptable but the time frame given customers of one hour and a half is not enough to enjoy your meal. The waiters and waitresses are rude. This is my first experience of this kind of rudeness and treatment of customers. I understand that the restaurant owner would like to make money but not the easiest, fastest and rudest way! I will never go back and will spread the word around about how horrible this place is.
