With a strong clinical focus on spine care and Pilates-based rehabilitation, Shannon uses an exercise-centered approach to help patients restore movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love most. She has a particular passion for orthopedics and finds great fulfillment in helping patients regain their desired level of functional mobility. Shannon believes every patient’s journey is unique, and she is committed to listening closely to each individual’s story to develop a personalized, effective plan of care. Her treatment philosophy emphasizes creating a positive, empowering movement experience—one that builds confidence and helps patients reclaim their independence and quality of life. At the core of Shannon’s work is a deep sense of purpose: she finds it inspiring and rewarding to help others live their best lives. By integrating therapeutic exercise with her expertise in Pilates for rehabilitation, she helps patients improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness in a supportive, encouraging environment. Outside the clinic, Shannon enjoys spending time with her teenage children and is actively involved as a parent volunteer at Fruita Monument High School. She is also a Pilates instructor, an avid hiker who loves exploring the outdoors with her two dogs, and an occasional acoustic guitarist for fun. Read more
