He cares for both children and adults with autoimmune diseases and other rheumatic conditions. Dr. Jensen believes the best care begins with understanding each person's story, values, and goals, and he works closely with patients and families to develop treatment plans that fit their lives. Dr. Jensen earned his medical degree from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and later completed a Master of Public Health degree at The Ohio State University. He completed dual residencies in internal medicine and pediatrics, followed by fellowship training in both adult and pediatric rheumatology. This specialized training allows him to care for patients across every stage of life, from childhood through old age. Service to others is an important part of Dr. Jensen's life. He has volunteered as a physician in underserved communities in the United States and internationally, including work in Nicaragua, India, Korea, and Honduras.
