Kayla has practiced physical therapy since 2015 and began her career at Gaylord Hospital in Connecticut. Her primary patient population was outpatient orthopedics and workers' compensation. During her time at Gaylord Hospital, she developed a work conditioning program to help industrial athletes return to work following injury. She is committed to restoring patients to their highest level of function by applying evidence-based strength and conditioning principles.
