I recently purchased lighting products from this company, and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The quality of the products exceeded my expectations, especially considering the competitive pricing. The lights are well-designed, durable, and provide excellent performance.

What impressed me most was the outstanding value for money. It is rare to find products that combine such high quality with affordable pricing. The materials, finish, and overall craftsmanship reflect a strong commitment to excellence.

The purchasing process was smooth, and the products arrived exactly as described. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality lighting solutions at a reasonable price.

Thank you for delivering products that truly meet customer expectations. I look forward to purchasing from you again in the future.

I cannot say enough positive things about Vanisha Morales, Vice President at Estelles Lighting. As a designer, having a true partner on the lighting side makes all the difference, and Vanisha has consistently gone above and beyond in every sense. From the very beginning, she took the time to personally walk me through all of the services Estelles Lighting offers, ensuring I fully understood how they could support both my projects and my firm as a whole.

Her knowledge of lighting, products, and value engineering is truly top tier. Vanisha put together a comprehensive design package for me and my firm that has since been implemented across several jobs, and the results have been exceptional. Her ability to balance design intent, performance, and cost is unmatched. The quality of the products she supplies is outstanding, and somehow she manages to pair that quality with even better pricing something that is incredibly rare in this industry.

Beyond her expertise, what truly sets Vanisha apart is how she treats people. She is respectful, responsive, and genuinely invested in everyone she works with from my internal team to contractors and field personnel. Over the course of nearly seven years of working together, she has consistently proven herself to be someone who adds real, tangible value not only to our projects, but to the companies she represents.

If you are looking for a trusted expert for a value engineering package, or simply someone who will advocate for your project and your team, Vanisha Morales is the person to call. She is an absolute asset to Estelles Lighting and a pleasure to work with.

Estelles Lighting is an exceptional company with strong operations in both the US and Canada. We worked closely with their US office for our hospitality and condo projects, and their Canada team also provided excellent support, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination from start to finish.

Their professionalism, deep product knowledge, and understanding of market trends are truly impressive. One of their strongest qualities is their ability to read drawings accurately and take prompt action whenever needed. All of their fixtures are built according to North American standards, which gives us full confidence in quality, safety, and compliance.

Estelles delivers reliable, timely, and high-quality service, making them a trusted partner for any commercial or hospitality lighting project. Highly recommended.

Unprofessional interaction with management.
I visited this location after speaking directly with a company representative about one of their products. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing — the vice president, Vanisha, I met with was dismissive and lacked basic courtesy in how she handled the conversation. Instead of addressing my questions with understanding or professionalism, she came across abrupt and uninterested.

It’s unfortunate, because I had genuine interest in working with this business, but the lack of communication skills and respect shown by management left a negative impression. Hopefully leadership receives some feedback on how to treat customers with professionalism and empathy.

The lady that works the counter parked DIRECTLY in front of the 2 charging spots along the curb and made it almost impossible to get my car in. When let her know there was a car making access to chargers difficult, she said "well where do you expect me to park?" Yet there were multiple available spots open when I got there. People have to consideration these days.
