Louis, thank you so much. You came all the way from Brooklyn to Connecticut to replace my car’s hybrid battery, and you did an excellent job in just 30 minutes. I truly appreciate your professionalism and hard work. Highly recommended!

I had a very good experience working with Aloy from start to finish. The representative on the phone was very polite and answered my questions quickly, my appointment was scheduled within a days and installed within a week. They were able to send a mechanic named Luis to New Haven, CT where I live to do the install at my home. Luis was very punctual and did the install in less than an hour. He had me test drive to make sure everything was working properly before he left, and reinstalled the back seat. I would definitely recommend Aloy to anyone looking to replace their hybrid battery. Thank you!
