I highly recommend using Simplyclose Law when it comes to your real estate lawyer needs. Christian Janisse was initially recommended by our real estate agent Kassy Baggio and I am so glad she did. The process from beginning to end was seamless! I had the pleasure of working with Nelly. What I really liked was the simplicity of everything. The fact that we could sign electronically (through a virtual meeting that was scheduled) was a bonus. They were great at communicating how the process would work and what needed to be completed (and by when). I would definitely use their services again if the occasion arrises.
