Andres, from Electra Services came out after the person from another nationally advertised company, didn't show up even after the time of the appointment.

I called Andres, explained the scenario, he came out did a lot of testing and checking of connections and was able to get my electric base board heating and in-wall air conditioning to function again after a year of hiatus. For his basic inspection price of $220.00.

The "Other" company wanted to charge over $2,000.00 to run new conduit and wires. Nothing of the sort needed to be done.

Andres is the man! He's honest and he does what he says needs to be done and doesn't attempt to lead you astray. I will recommend Electra Services to you and others.

On a side note, if you're an Enrique Iglesias fan, he kinda reminds me of him. You can ask him if he can sing. Probably, stick to electrical questions though. Recommended!

We had defective GFCI outlets and also needed a light fixture installed in a bathroom. Andrés arrived exactly on time, quickly diagnosed the issues with the outlets, replaced one and got the other working again, and cleaned up when he was done. He is personable and takes pride in his work. We would certainly use him again.

What an amazing service! Andres was incredible! We had a harder installation than we thought we would but he got everything taken care of and it looks great. When installing the ceiling fan he found wires that needed to be fixed and did it. He also did an electrical outlet and found an exposed wire and might have saved our lives by fixing that was well. Will 100% use him again!!

Very happy with the service from Electra Services Chicago. Andres helped connect the wiring for our new smoke detector and was professional, kind, and very informative.
He also explained a long-standing mystery with our ceiling fan/light that another electrician years ago could not solve correctly. We had previously been told the fan was missing electrical wiring parts, but Andres explained that the real issue was likely the universal receiver that controls the fan signal. The fan had recently started working again on its own, and he explained what probably happened and how to fix it in the future if the problem comes back.
It was refreshing to work with someone honest, knowledgeable, and willing to educate rather than push unnecessary repairs. Highly recommended.

Andres did a wonderful job at my families home mounting 3 TVs and hanging two of them (one with cords concealed and one without based on ask).

Very thorough job overall and extremely professional in making sure all needs were being covered every step of the way. Would refer Andres to anyone and will definitely be using him again for further jobs.
