We had our AC break. Called everyone in the area, but everyone was backed up for at least a few days.

Frederick's had someone here within a couple of hours. Our unit was broken, but they got us a new one and installed in just a few days later. All the other companies said they would be here in about 3 days to a week. But by then, we already got our new system installed.

It was hot, but they came through before my sister, her husband, and 5 kids showed up.

Awesome people, great working etiquette and a super great product and experience. It's been over 2 years and everything is still working perfectly. Thank you for coming and saving us from a miserable situation.

I truly trust them and so will you.

We had an issue with our heater going out! They were quick, responsive and respectful! 100% recommend their services! Quicker then anyone else we called they came same day!
