I was going to wait until I saw the quality of all the boards I ordered before leaving a review, but an email exchange with my rep made me change my mind. I was very excited about this company at first. Initially they were very responsive and helpful, but it didn't stay quite so smooth as the process went on. Aside from a few minor annoyances in communication, nothing was all that bad until the very morning I sent a follow-up 'when do you think my order will be delivered' email. Shortly after sending the email, a truck showed up at my house with my order...all before 9 a.m. The driver informed me he could not unload per company policy and I could not unload due to that same said company policy. Only my contractor could unload. Mind you, I never even received an email to let me know I had been given a delivery date. Fortunately for me, my contractor lives down the road and was willing to stop work on another project to come unload. Otherwise, the driver was given instructions to not deliver until some other nebulous day...did I mention I paid $100 for delivery? The driver, who was caught in the middle of the situation, informed me the delivery manager "was no longer with the company." Later, when I checked my email, I had 3 from my rep at the company, one of them in all caps wanting my phone number for his driver, even though he had previously sent product pictures to my phone. So much for record-keeping. I let him know everything was handled already. His response was "Great." As for the product, at first glace it looks alright, not that I was given time to properly inspect. So, the upside is, the prices and selection are pretty good...but I would recommend picking up your own product.
