Will, Thomas and crew did a great job installing my heat pump, heat backup and new hot water heater. They were patient with my questions and gave me great information.
I had an issue with the white insulation tubing installed on the outside as the unit is in the front of my home. I felt it attracted extra attention to the unit and quite frankly was ugly. They were able to switch most of it for black which helped with the overall look.
The quick information and training on the new thermostat was helpful.
They left the work spaces clean which was appreciated.
Overall I was pleased with their workmanship.

Thomas, Will,David and Yassen did an incredible job on the install of a heat pump with 4 heads - in a pretty tricky location. The house is older with some questionable choices of installation from the previous owners and these guys were pros. Well done!!

I had Will, Yazen Herz (?) install my heat pump and I must say that they were an extremely polite bunch of young men. They always asked permission to use the facilities and were very patient when asked questions. Everything was explained fully and I felt confident with the system when they left 6 hours later. A great company to deal with. Thank you.

This was a wonderful company to deal with. The time between our home assessment and the installation of our Tosot Heat Pump system was surprisingly fast. The installation team was exceptional. They were very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable in helping us choose the best placements for our 4 unit system for maximum efficiency. We are absolutely loving our new heat pump system which is incredibly quiet and comfortable.

I had a one year maintenance visit at my home in Pembroke, ON, from the 1Click rep, Henz, yesterday. He did a detailed assessment of my 3 heat pumps, both with heat and with air-conditioning modes, and cleaned all the filters. He also checked the outside compressor unit. He answered all my questions and explained in detail exactly what he was doing and why. He was very polite, friendly and professional. It is my pleasure to give this very positive feedback for this young man who did a great job yesterday.
