John was efficient and explained what he was going to do as part of the service. He also took the time to spray in areas that I stressed were the problem area.

I highly recommend this company!

Technician Dan was great. Serviced the area where we had wasps entering our home. Hopefully they don’t come back but they have a 90-day guarantee so we’ll see. Tech was on time and thorough. Advanced is a great service.

They came within 2 hours after I found a yellow jacket nest (a big one) in my wall. They suited up and eliminated the nest. They were very careful not to ruin the wall. Pros.

From the initial contact to the completion of the job, their communication was seamless, keeping me informed every step of the way.

The technician (Manuel) was incredibly professional, friendly, and courteous, taking the time to answer all my questions and treat my home with genuine respect.

It is rare to find a service that combines such high-level expertise with a truly customer-first attitude. If you are looking for reliable and professional extermination services, look no further!

Update 1 month later:
Since first visit, pests have reduced drastically and I feel they are pretty ouch gone. No visible evidence of them in my house and couldn’t be happier.
Chris had stopped by again and ensured me the mice did trigger the traps and agreed the massive reduction of pests. I couldn’t be happier with Chris’ professionalism and attention to detail when it came to my home.

Chris from Advanced Pest had stopped to start he made himself available same day as my call to request service, that in itself is amazing.
He was extremely friendly and he laid down everything that was going to be done and what specifically he was looking for.
He was knowledgeable in explaining everything he was doing and made the family feel at ease.
This was my first service and now really hoping my rodent problem is over or at the minimum heavily reduced.
Thank you Chris and Advanced Pest Team!
