Nothing but an appreciation shout out to this company for being so kind and generous during one of the worst chapters of my life. Olivia, from Simply Pure in Victoria is the greatest!! She saved our fishing trip. We were traveling from Kyuquot B.C. to Oregon with our catch in 6 large coolers. The plan was to put dry ice on the fish in Campbell River but they were sold out. I frantically called every place on the island heading south, with no luck. When I contacted Olivia she said yes, she had what we needed but they close at 4:00. Since we were not able to arrive by that time, she stayed open an extra hour and a half just to accommodate us! Thank you Olivia! Our fish are now safely in our home freezers!

Needed some dry ice for an end of year event. Staff was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to help calculate the amount I’d need due to dry ice sublimation rate, and the day of the event. They were bang on. Overall extremely happy with their service and will buying from them again!
