Dr.Merchant is a fantastic doctor and guided me through my pregnancy and made my delivery so much easier than expected. Her office and staff are so warm and positive and always made visits so lovely. Highly recommend Dr.Merchant!

After seeing several other doctors who made me feel like just another number and didn’t help, I felt stuck and had no answers, until I found Dr. Shehrebanu Merchant. The difference has been amazing. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained my treatment options clearly, and made sure I understood everything. Dr. Merchant is kind, patient, and genuinely cares about her patients. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend, she truly goes above and beyond for her patients.

Believe the bad reviews on this page even though she writes “scam” on them. I was looking for a new doctor because my insurance didn’t cover my old one. I called to explain the situation and was told it would be x amount of dollars for a check up. So I make the appointment and go in. I was told that I wasn’t doing enough to lose weight and that my blood pressure was high. I am aware of this, I am very anxious around doctors and normally it is well within the normal range. I have lost 35 pounds so far and am fairly healthy. I also did not voice any concerns over my weight so why are we talking about it?? They recommended a full panel of tests including an ultrasound that I did not need and did a full STD test without my consent. They called me so many times to schedule the extra services that I had to block their phone number. Now 4 months later they charge my card $100 WITHOUT ASKING and say that i still owe money. The visit cost OVER TWICE what I was quoted even AFTER my insurance paid out. Literally RAN back to my old doctor and will never visit this place again.

Really awesome doctor! She is so compassionate and knowledgeable. She spends actual time with you and listens and asks questions.. doesn't just jot down your info and move on quickly like so many other doctors do. The facility is clean and feels more like a nice office than it does an exam room, which I find to be very comforting. The receptionist is very friendly and great at communicating. I wish all doctors could be more like Dr. Merchant ❤️
