If you are a fan of sub-par service, extremely late takeout and snippy front of the house managers, congratulations you've found the restaurant for you. Dear management, it would have taken a simple "sorry" and a refund for the order you missed rather than the condescending stubbornness you've shown. Your customer service skills are lacking.

This restaurant has been around for many years, but for the past couple of years, it has been very disappointing, offering mediocre service, food and attitude. Missed items in take-out orders with no apologies, food that is less than fresh, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. And the employees are always surly; I'm not sure how it still stays in business.
