Excellent quality tents and service. We have been using Live event tent services for over four years and they have yet to disappoint.

There have been times when we called them around 10pm because we needed a tent the next day and they were able to accommodate us.

They offer custom configurations, which is why we started using them. We usually get a 40x50ft tent for thirty days a year and never have any issues with it. A few times because of extreme weather, a barrel or two broke but Jose was there the next morning to fix or replace whatever was needed.

Another reason we chose them initially, was because most companies wanted to drill into our concrete to hold down the tents but live event, uses barrels which hold up well and do not leave any damage on our concrete.

If you need a tent and want peace of mind, these are your guys. They will come and setup, take care of cleaning up afterwards too. Their tents are solid and do not shift or move once put in place. They also pickup right away too which is important when you have a 2000 square foot tent taking up valuable parking space after an event.

We had a fantastic experience with the tent rental company for our weekend event! The team was incredibly professional, responsive, and attentive to our needs.

First time using Live Event Tents and will definitely use the again for my upcoming cook off events. Both tents set up came out as expected passed Fire Marshall inspection with no issues.

Every year the Rodeo Cookoff uses “ Live Event Tent Services “ because they’re efficient and reliable. I wish I could upload videos but at night time it was so much fun, filled with people! The tent was very well set up with lights, chairs and tables. 👍🏻

I had a great experience when hiring this company. My wife and I were looking to rent a tent for our baby shower and was referred by a relative to hire them. I honestly can’t express how happy we were with our event, everything looked amazing! My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of work and our experience. We will definitely hire again:)

I had a horrible experience with this company. We rented a 40' x 40' tent from them for a client's wedding. There were holes in the entire tent and it was leaking everywhere. All of the tables and chairs were covered in water. After sending pictures of the holes in the tent, they refused to come out and fix it or refund our money. I will never use this company again.
