In 2018 our sons heart stopped beating, that was the most horrific day ever in my life and when it was time to make funeral arrangements we were so lost, we went here amd the man that helped us was nice and so compassionate, I had asked for a favor if I could have a hand and foot print from my son , I probably sounded nuts, my son was 23 but had small feet he was a 2 in kids ,and small hands our son was born with down syndrome, usually down syndrome children have small feet n hands. Anyway the man said he would ask for and they did it for me, I appreciate that so much. And when we picked up his urn it hit that he was really gone, they didnt rush us out they let us take our time, they really helped us thru this difficult time in our life, thank you 🙏
