They were very helpful and friendly... Made you feel part of their family, not just a client... Yes, the process may be a bit slow, but because of State and Country regulations, things can be that way!
(It's not helpful that all Death Certificates have to come Austin only, which can take even longer now with Government Shutdowns... Yes, Federal Shutdown effects States, because they rely on Federal Funds to keep programs running!)
