Oof. Terrible experience. $11,000 for my MIL's funeral service, which did not have a visitation and no burial. Watch out for the extra charges. Unprofessional staff. We handled most of the details anyway. There must be better options out there for funeral homes.

It could not have been better. I believe his name was Aaron, and he was professional and thorough but also had a great sense of humor that my Mom Delores would've loved. Even at age 91, I'm positive that she would have flirted or gave him a hard time. We had every question answered. I had a life size cardboard cutout of her & some folks took pics with her. They were totally ok with this & complimented us for a great idea. Highly recommend this funeral home. Y'all should be proud of yourselves!

I chose Anderson Funeral Home for my mothers funeral just 30 days ago, The entire staff was amazing to deal with, I had never lost a parent before so this was my first time in this situation and it was amazing to me how Tim Anderson was there on time, prepared and very professional, caring and no pressure. He walked myself and my brother through everything and made it so comfortable. He greeted us for visitation and my mother was BEAUTIFUL!! The staff did a perfect job from hair to the flowers, in which Tim recommended from their florist. He also arranged the transport to Iowa for another visitation and funeral. Tim's service and caring professionalism has rendered him a life long friend to me and my family. This truly was the best gift I could have ever given to my Mother! Thank you Tim and to all of your staff for helping me and my family through this difficult time. God Bless.

Tim and staff were wonderful to work with for my mom's service. They were super easy to interact with, very understanding, always quick to respond via email or phone. They were very helpful with all of our requests, helped us set up a projector screen and the flower arrangements. They made this difficult day a little easier.

I would like to take this opportunity to express how unprofessional, stuffy and cold your staff was during the celebration of Jeremy Eulls life. Your staff was more concerned with children and cookie crumbs on the floor of your tiny 10 x10 coffee room then making sure the family needs were being attended to. I was horrified at the crudeness. Jeremy had over 300 individuals pass through your door to pay their respects and celebrate his life. How could your facility possibly expect all those people to remain within the small confines of your coffee room to drink their coffee. Your staff was shewing people into the coffee room! Honestly, you should be ashamed of your staff’s behavior in the face of this families’ grief and loss. I have received more kindness, empathy, and professionalism from a cable company customer support line then your staff showed the Eull family. I heard one of your staff complaining about having to stay late and clean the coffee room floor as she was darting dirty, stern looks at the guests. If the circumstances were different I can assure you my response would've been quick and she would have gone home ashamed and in tears. I hope you're able embrace this feedback and use it to make another families experience more welcoming during one of the worse days of their life.
